xx-------------------------------- This wasn’t where she belonged, n La Terre but having to get used to her new surroundings, she had to make the most of it. That was when she discovered the temple. Memories flooded back to her own training, a smile appearing on her lips. She was indeed so far from home but here, she never felt more like at home. It had taken some time before she discovered this place but was relieved when she did so. She had lost count of how long she had properly practised anything, fearing her skills were now not as fluent.
Walking into the training grounds, her dark eyes eyed the peace and serenity of the Mountains that the Temple was based upon. They weren’t like the Mounts of Nilbiehem but somehow she felt more comfortable here than anywhere else in this world. Taking a deep breath inward, she took in the mountain air, taking a moment to fully prepare herself, just like a training session. She was grateful to be allowed to stay the night here and train as much as she wanted.
She sat perfectly still, closing her eyes. A little mediation before she started was a good idea. After a few minutes, she sprang to her feet, ready to go. Steadying herself into her offensive stance, she eyed the target carefully, rushing towards it swift fully. Her fists attacked the target dutifully, hitting right on target. Her high power kicks were the same, until she heard the sound of footsteps. She did not pause as she jumped backwards, hitting her target overhead before landing on the ground, staring up at her intruder with curious eyes.

Like any uncharted territory I must seem greatly intriguing //\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\ [/font] Being chased by PSICOM was never fun; living under a constantly daily stress wasn’t something that he wanted to deal with. So far he has been travelling alone trying to get away and keep himself on a low profile so he won’t get caught. Still, even at this strange world they relentlessly searched for Lucian and god knows what they were going to do to him after they had his hands on him. He didn’t really want to know and didn’t feel like getting involved in any of their ‘cleansing’ by killing innocent civilians, in his point of view, they needed to stop this tyranny.
Putting that aside, he was a little thirsty from travelling and climbing up this gigantic misty mountain. He assumed that this trail may lead somewhere. Without a map, navigation or compass, Lucian just mindlessly walked on this narrow path and he felt like he may fall off just by slipping; of course, he dared not to look down from where he was at. By the time he reached the peak though, he saw something that he never expected to see out in middle of nowhere.
“Who would’ve thought to put a temple at a place like this?”Lucian thought.
It looked abandoned, so he thought he might as well go ahead and have a look around in there and see what he can use. A water fountain would be nice, considering that he was rather thirsty from all the traveling on foot. What he saw as soon as he walked in was this massive courtyard that perhaps monks trained in. The entire place seemed empty, but if this was big enough to be a training area Lucian assumed that there had to be a natural water source somewhere considering it was so high up in the mountains.
He walked around to see what was around, there were several targets and old spar dummies, but there were no signs of water just yet. He also checked the perimeters for any PSICOMs that may be nearby and it turned out that this place was as empty as he may have thought. By the time Lucian reached the middle, there was a single water fountain that spewed out fresh water from underground for people to drink out from. This was a momentary paradise that he had reached; for the first time he didn’t see any PSICOM soldiers around.
While he was drinking, Lucian noticed that he wasn’t the only person around here. He turned and saw a woman clad in black leather hitting several targets as a lightning fast speed. Was she a hostile or a friendly? Still, it was good to take precautions before going back to whatever he was doing; plus, the woman looked out of place and he clearly could tell that she didn’t work here. A heavy eerie silence followed between the man and woman, but he decided to break it.
“It doesn’t seem like you work around here.” He said.
