Weapons/Abilities: Twin pistols that use bullets and can also channel electricity as shots through them. Throwing knives. Short swords. Long sword. Two Handed sword. The ability to use Lightning based magic. Two sword hilts that channel electricity as blades. All weapons can be charged with lightning to be used as attacks. Not all weapons are carried with him at all times.

History: Shugo was born the royal prince of the Yuy Kingdom. The eldest of two, he grew up clinging to his mother's skirt as a "momma's boy." But, whenever he was put in charge of his younger brother he had fierce courage and would never stand down.
This stubbornness and bravado would soon become part of the boy's very personality. He showed himself to be heavily adept at hand to hand fighting as well as melee weapons. Shugo proved himself to be an amazing knight as the years went on. But living inside those castle walls wasn't enough for the boy who yearned for adventure.
He soon found himself taking the royal sword of his father's and walking right out the front gate, taking up the life of a mercenary and renouncing his title as Crown Prince. Along the way he ran into... quite the made scientist. This made scientist studied Shugo's royal sword, which had a strange affinity to lightning, and created weapons based upon this. Including two pistols, beam swords, daggers, short swords, and other weapons. As well as a motorcycle. But... in doing so... he may just have signed his life away to this crazy scientist.
Likes: Fighting, girls, lightning, dogs.
Dislikes: Rain, bigger God-Complexes than his, a certain mad scientist.
Fears: Spiders. Nuff' said.
