"Come on, what could you possibly know when you're stuck here, looking at nothing but what's in your tiny world?"
♥It's Now Or Never♥[/size]
Name: Vanitas
Age: Like two or something but he's too cool for that crap
Which game are you from: Kingdom Hearts [Birth By Sleep]
Weapons/Abilities:
Void Gear - Vanitas's Keyblade of unknown origin, probably just because Ven has one. It's red and black and badass, designed with a nod to Soul Eater.
Magic - Vanitas has a variety of abilities that are too cool for names. First off, if he leaps into the air, watch out. Not only can you not hit him up there, but he'll shoot lightning at you like Emperor Palpatine and fry your ass. Once he lands, he's more than likely to freeze--but this is an illusion, he is actually right above you dodge DODGE NOW! Whew. So then he's probably going to shoot a fireball at you. It's laughably slow, but when you least expect it it splits into three fast-moving projectile fireballs ffffffuuuuuu and then you're dead. Continue? Oh--also if you attack him at the Keyblade Graveyard, that's an even bigger mistake, because he can surf on an inexplicable torrent of Keyblades like a badass.
Eidolons/ Summons: All of the Unversed. All of them.
Alliance: Darkness (more specifically, himself)

History: Vanitas sprang from Ventus's loins full-grown after Master Xehanort decided he wanted twins post-partem. The ultimate point of everything and this is a spoiler, shield the children's eyes, was to have two hearts join in holy matr--er, battle. One had to be light or something and the other had to be dark or something and somehow that would create the ultimate weapon. I'm sure MX had it all figured out in his head. So after Ven wouldn't fight like a wuss MX created Vanitas and sent Ven to go play with the big kids so someone could coddle him and pet his hair and tell him everything would be okiedokie. Vanitas needed none of that so he trained under Xehanort for the few years Ven and his toy Keyblade needed to recover. As a result, Vanitas was stronger than Ven, faster than Ven, and in every way better than Ven, and he knew it. When he finally got to see Ven again, Vanitas was not impressed. He and MX both knew that the kid had to go traipsing about the worlds and dealing out death to all of Vanitas's constantly respawning Unversed in order to be more than a kid flailing a Keyblade.
So Vanitas went and pushed at Ven, threw him into doubt--not a difficult task really since all he had to do was put pressure on him concerning Terra. It was like the kid had some stupid crush on the guy, honestly. Pathetic. Anyway. Now that Ven was running around the galaxy screaming Terra's name at the top of his lungs like a baby crying for a bottle, Vanitas could afford to test him out a little. And he did, and again he wasn't impressed. Even after fighting the Unversed on his own, Ven showed no improvement. At least, not until he had to team up with King Mickey in a move that was completely lame and disappointing. It did end up sparing Ven, who Vanitas was about to kill for being such a lamer, and that might not have been for the best in hindsight but seriously. If the light was that weak, why did he even need it? Augh.
Ven ran off to Radiant Garden and Xehanort did some stuff that Vanitas didn't really care about, since it was all about Terra and Terra didn't have anything to do with anything. Except Ven. Who still completely missed the memo and ran off again, but Vanitas really couldn't be bothered to care. Instead he set his sights on Aqua as a backup, figuring with a little darkness in her heart to strengthen her and Xehanort planning all kinds of awful things with Terra, Vanitas should have no trouble fusing with her in Ven's stead. But that didn't work, and she defeated him but didn't learn his identity.
He ran into her again in Neverland, where he swiped Ven's stupid gay little toy Keyblade and snapped it in half like the piece of junk it was. It was in part to rile her, make sure she fought her hardest, and ultimately he regretted it when she actually did knock him out. But Aqua passed out too, so when he woke Vanitas was able to escape. He went to Destiny Islands, which also happened to be the place Ven escaped too while Terra was busy killing their master. Heroic. Vanitas tried to rile him in turn, but Ven was having none of it. At least until Vanitas jogged his memory, and then his dark half still had to pull the old "I'm gonna kill your friends and make you watch" gambit in order to make Ven want to head for the Keyblade Graveyard.
Once Ven, Terra, and Aqua were reunited, MX summoned Vanitas to fight at his side. Which Vanitas did, thoroughly, and aided in beating down Terra. But then it was time to take care of Ventus once and for all. The idiot had gotten himself frozen, and with Xehanort's cohort Braig around to stall for time, Vanitas could make an entrance. So he slammed into Aqua like a freight train and was on the verge of getting rid of her when Ven finally grew a pair [of ice cubes] and attacked. Vanitas wasn't defeated, though, and he revealed himself as the source of the Unversed, just to show Ven how utterly he played right into the plan from the very beginning and crush his will. Despite merging with Ven like he always intended and forging the X-blade he'd needed for so long, Vanitas didn't win the internal battle and was destroyed along with the X-blade.
Likes: Beating the crap out of people and violating them for the sake of an ideal world forged by the ultimate weapon, and long walks on the beach
Dislikes: Sleep spells
Fears: Nothing, not even nothing

RP Sample: It was the calm after the storm.
She'd come at him like a witch with lightning fingers and fiery hair. He'd broken her again and again, listened to her scream and gasp and hit the ground in a clatter of armor and Keyblade. But in the end he was the one who couldn't stay on his feet. Some witch. She turned the world completely sideways, and now he needed to sleep. He couldn't, though, not yet. She must've thought he was dead--he could hear her, panting in that delicate way that made his insides twist up with hatred. He'd underestimated her. Just like Ventus and the rat, but it wasn't as easy to sleep then. Stupid Ventus was still on probation anyway, but this one...
The click of her heels grew close and her face above him was relaxed, only because she couldn't see him glaring at her beneath his mask. He must've taken it well when she turned the world sideways, it didn't seem to occur to her that he might be awake. That he might attack again the second she got close.
"Who are you?"
The black shadow of her hand descended on his eyes and forehead like a mother's--like a spider. As if she was the predator and he was the prey, and Vanitas couldn't have choked back his laughter even if he wanted to. It leapt out of him in a sarcastic shrill and felt like a shriek, and his prey bounded away a startled gazelle. So fragile.
He would break her yet.
