Monkey D. Luffy has a dream. To raise the strongest crew of pirates in the world, and to become the King Of The Pirates. To achieve this almost imposible goal, he has traveled through many seas and even the formiddable Grand Line. Along the way he has gained many new and powerful friends.
After the most recent incident "Straw Hat" Luffy caused at Impel Down and MarineFord, the World Government has become uneasy. Their number one goal is to capture and eliminate the Straw Hat Pirates and anyone adding them in their escape.
Luffy continued to gather his friends one by one, and once again the Straw Hats were together on the Thousand Sunny. They continue to travel on their way through the Grand Line, in hope of coming to the New World. What lays before them is something not even they can fathom.
As the famous Straw Hats continue their adventure to be the best, pirates all over the world have gained confidence, and are starting to come forth into the Grand Line too. The World Government is concerned that a Great Pirate War will break out, and the effects of it will destroy the known world.
